Buying for a baby or toddler can be difficult, especially if you're buying a gift. We understand that you may end up with an unwanted item or perhaps you've just changed your mind (although we hope not!). You'll be pleased to know that we offer a no quibble returns policy, which means that you can return any item within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused and complete with all tags and original packaging where possible.
To return your item, please email us quoting your original order number. We will issue you with a returns authorisation code, which you can enclose when returning your item. Unfortunately we cannot currently cover your postage costs if you return your item, but please call or email when you have dispatched your purchase so that we can look out for it in the post and try to deal with your refund as promptly as possible.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights and we strictly adhere to The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Refunds
Once we have received your item, we will aim to issue a refund within 5 business days. If we anticipate any problems with this, we will contact you immediately. Your refund will be the full amount paid, less the postage costs of the original delivery, and the refund will be issued via whichever method you have originally paid with.
Exchanges
If for any reason you have the wrong size and would like to exchange your item, please email us with your original order number. That way, we can check to ensure we have the right item in stock for you. If we do, please send your original purchase to us as guided under the "Returning an Item" section, and we will send out the correct product for you as soon as it is received. We will email you to let you know that your item is on its way.
If we happen to be out of stock of the particular replacement you're looking for, you will have the option of a full refund or waiting until our stock is replenished, which should hopefully be very quickly!
