Our Bumper Unisex Baby Giftbox Giveaway!

Well I can’t believe we’ve made it to 1,500 likers at Facebook!! It kind of started out as a whim a few mornings ago and I never imagined it would take only a few days to make up the 300 shortfall that we had at the time. I’m truly touched by the support of fellow Facebookers, those running small businesses and just genuinely showing their support. These are tough times we’re all going through and it’s great that we can all help each other!

SO! To the goodies! I wanted to let everyone know what is in the prize and there just isn’t enough space on Facebook to right it all down. Before I start, I should add that everything we have is either organic cotton or ethically sourced. It should all last really well so long as they still fit of course! Also, I like colour as a rule. I consider some things unisex that the rest of you may not, but I don’t really do SAFE! So enjoy, here it is!

Well that’s it! To enter, you need to go to our Facebook fanpage and find the original note I wrote about the giveaway on the wall. It should be the one that has all the comments. All you need to do is LIKE the page, then once you find my wall entry, LIKE IT, SHARE IT, and LEAVE A COMMENT ON IT!

The winner will be picked by one of those good randomiser thingies on Thursday evening at 8pm! ENJOY! x

I have to say today’s post is going to be a bit of a cheat because it’s not really a proper post in its own right, but rather a re-direction to another blog, where if you’re lucky you can win an amazing prize courtesy of DaisychainBaby! One of my lovely “virtual” friends Liz Burton is celebrating the first year of her fabby blog, Me and My Shadow. Blog Linky-Up to Me&MyShawdow’s Super Comp!

So today’s post is a bit of a cheat, but if you read it then you’ll find out how to enter a super competition hosted by my friend Liz over at her blog. But please don’t enter, because if you do then I stand less chance of winning…!! ;o) And if I do win, the prize is going to someone else, so no entering, ok?

Up for grabs is a copy of a book called “The Crafty Kid” by Kelly Doust full of inspirational crafty tips and treats – perfect for those rainy days that we have sooo very many of in this country. The crafts are ideal for either slightly older children, or to make for/with younger children with lots of easy to follow instructions.

To celebrate us nearly completing a whole month of blogging every day, we’ve decided today is the day for a giveaway!! We’re a bit new to all this blogging business so please do forgive us if this all seems a bit elementary but one has to start somewhere. Hopefully by the summer we’ll also have a lovely new design and layout too – watch this space!

Rare Breed Blue & White Striped Playsuit

Up for grabs is one of our gorgeous “Rare Breed” stripy playsuits from Little Green Radicals – you can take your pick from the red and white striped version or the blue and white stripes. Each playsuit is available in 0-3 mths, 3-6 mths, 6-12 mths and we’ll contact the winner to request the preferred size. Worth £14.00, they are made of 100% organic cotton by one of our fave brands who have been with us and supporting us since the start. We’re really delighted that they’ve recently expanded their clothing designs and we’ll have SS11 with us very shortly :)

Sunday Giveaway Summary

Today we’ve been back at Duckpond Market, our first event of 2011, and the very first market we ever did with DaisychainBaby. Weekends are always very hectic when we do shows and it can often feel like we get no rest at all from one working week to the next, but it was good to get back into the swing of getting up at 6am on a Sunday…good, but tiring too!

To celebrate getting through another market, we’ve done a roundup of some great giveaway blogs & competitions currently underway. What are you waiting for? Get entering!!!

1) At Chambers & Beau’s blog, they are giving away one each of a series of new friendship bracelets. To enter, all you need to do is leave a comment on their blog post, or on Facebook, or on Twitter, telling them what you love about Chambers & Beau

2) Great blog Mumra have a super-duper Nuby UK “Rhythm” Electric breastpump, RRP £70. To enter, leave your address and name in their comment box – you must also be following them on Facebook and/or Twitter. 4) Ally Pinney has recently set up Your Little Monkey, making sock monkeys. Her offering is not quite a giveaway BUT it IS for charity so very worthy of inclusion. Each week their site holds an auction to win a sock monkey, with all money raised going to their designated charity.

5) Louise Gibbs runs the hugely successful Baby Signing Mummy and will also be offering a giveaway on Facebook once her page reaches 800 likers. Currently on 774, they are very nearly there, so go on and join the other fans and find out more about baby signing!
