Packaging

We are committed to ensuring our packaging methods have a minimal impact on the environment, whilst at the same time not compromising on a stylish service for our customers! Gift wrapping is a standard at DaisychainBaby rather than a choice. Anything you purchase will be beautifully wrapped in recycled tissue paper and sealed with our logo stickers It will then be wrapped in brown paper which is fully recycleable, so if you don't keep it, make sure it goes out with the recycling! Our packaging costs are included in the postage charges, outlined below.

Postage

We currently offer 3 levels of postage to our customers. These are:

• Royal Mail First Class Standard at £1.95
• Royal Mail Special Delivery at £4.95
• Royal Mail International Signed For at £7.95

Both Royal Mail Special Delivery and Royal Mail International Signed For offer a tracking system so that you can check to see where your package is. You will be able to select your chosen method of postage at the checkout stage. We offer a full international shipping service.

As our preferred postage provider, Royal Mail also adhere to our eco-friendly policies. They operate an extensive number of programmes to minimise their environmental impact, from a Carbon Management Programme to reduce CO2 emissions, to being a member of the Earthwatch Corporate Environmental Responsibility Group (CERG) initiative. We are pleased to be able to use their services.

Delivery and Despatch

Once you've completed the checkout process, you will receive an email from us, acknowledging your order. We will aim to despatch your item as quickly as possible, and our guidelines are:

• Orders received by 8am Monday to Friday, and by noon on Saturday, will be sent same day (these include any orders we receive overnight for any night owls out there!)
• Orders received after 8am Monday to Friday will be sent next day
• Orders received after noon on Saturday or throughout Sunday will be sent Monday morning

As soon as your item has been mailed, we will email you to confirm despatch. If you have selected one of our services with a tracking number, we will also email this to you so that you can trace your item online. If your item is a gift and/or you would like it shipped to a different address than that in our database, please be sure to provide this address at the checkout. If you would like us to include a Gift Card, please include the message you wish the card to contain in the "Add Comments About Your Order" box at checkout.

The guidelines on delivery times are:

• Royal Mail First Class Standard delivered in 1-3 days after shipping
• Royal Mail Special Delivery is guaranteed to be delivered the next working day after shipping (please note this service is only available to the UK
• Royal Mail International Signed for should be delivered within 7 working days after shipping

If you are expecting an item from us and it has not arrived more than a couple of days after the stated timeframe, please contact us so that we can investigate this for you.
